Founded in 2011 by Bellevue locals Shaun McFadden and Joe Naeseth, Azori was built on a shared vision: to create exceptional homes in the most sought-after neighborhoods. What began as a partnership between lifelong friends has grown into a company recognized for its craftsmanship, intentional design, and elevated client experience.
Headquartered in Washington and now expanded into Arizona, Azori operates as a fully vertically integrated team - aligning architecture, interior design, and construction from the very start of each project. This approach ensures every home is thoughtfully collaborative, highly livable, and built for long-term performance. From initial concept through post-move-in support, Azori delivers a seamless, client-first experience, reinforced by a dedicated home care program. In a market where luxury is often defined by appearance alone, Azori stands apart by pairing refined design with proven building performance and unwavering service.

The result: homes that feel as exceptional years later as they do on day one.
