Jeff Mazzarella

Jeff Mazzarella has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jeff currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Experience Dynamic and LaneTerralever. In 2017, they became the CEO of Azure Healthcare Partners, a healthcare services organization. Jeff also served as CEO of AZPerio, the largest periodontics group in the United States. Prior to this, they were the Principal of the David Jeffries Group, a team focused on developing strategic frameworks for clients in healthcare-related industries. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Vice President of Market Strategy at Envision Healthcare and Chief Strategy Officer at Valley Anesthesiology Consultants and Valley Pain Consultants. Jeff also held leadership roles at Zila, Inc. as VP of Sales and Marketing and at Healthcommunities.com, Inc. as President.

Jeff Mazzarella obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Jeff attended this institution from 1978 to 1982.
