Mandy Marusenko currently serves as the Assistant Director of Organization Development at AZPerio, where they support the doctor in achieving business goals and have developed quarterly and yearly objectives. Previously, they worked as a Leadership Coach at BCS Leadership, LLC, providing consulting and training for practice management, and as an Office Manager at John Wood DDS, where they improved office productivity and patient retention.
