Michael Vergara has over a decade of experience in operations management within the customer service and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at AZPIRED since September 2017, Michael oversees multiple accounts, manages a team of team leaders and agents, and ensures effective communication with clients regarding performance and staffing needs. Prior experience at Convergys from January 2013 to February 2017 included roles as Operations Manager and Unit Manager, where responsibilities involved managing team performance, coaching leaders, and executing engagement activities. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of the Visayas, and has previously studied at the University of San Carlos.
