“AzQtel” LLC is a Wireless Multiple Access (“WiMAX”) operator licensed to operate in Azerbaijan. The Company was founded in December 2005 to provide High Speed Broadband Internet and other Value Added Services.  “AzQtel”s unique WiMAX technology platform allows the company to provide high quality wireless broadband and broadband mobility services to its customers.

The Company officially launched its new 4G WiMAX broadband services in 2011 under the brand name “SAZZ”.  

Sazz 4G Internet coverage included Baku City and the metropolitan area, Sumgayit, Xirdalan, coastal areas of Absheron and 13 regions of the country namely: Zagatala, Balaken, Gakh, Guba, Gusar, Xachmaz, Sheki, Ganja, Mingechevir, Astara, Lankaran, Lerik and Masalli.
