Rina Tal is the CEO of Azrieli Ayalon Mall, one of Israel's top malls, with 25 years of experience in commercial retail. Since joining Azrieli Group in 2007, Rina has provided strategic guidance and managed various operational aspects, leading significant projects like the expansion of the mall's commercial area. Prior to this role, Rina held multiple leadership positions within the Azrieli Group, including CEO of Holon Mall and head of marketing at Malha Jerusalem Mall. Rina is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Ruppin Academic Center and an MBA at Bar-Ilan University.
