Chris Buckell

Chris Buckell is currently the Process Optimisation and Digitisation Manager at Aztec Group, where they focus on continuous improvement and culture change. Prior to this role, Chris served as the Digital and Process Excellence Manager at PwC UK and as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Infosys BPM. They gained valuable experience as a Lean Practitioner and Jurisdictional Operations Officer at HM Courts & Tribunals Service from 2011 to 2014, and as a Business Improvement Facilitator at Babcock International Group. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Business and Supply Chain Management from The University of Waikato and a Master’s degree in Service Management and Design from the University of Warwick - WMG.
