Eric Bernstein

Eric Bernstein is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Drawbridge since June 2025 and as a Non Executive Director on the Group Board of Aztec Group since November 2022, Bernstein has previously held notable positions including Chief Executive Officer at Odessa and Chief Operating Officer at EquityZen. Earlier career milestones include leading Broadridge Asset Management Solutions as President and serving in executive roles at eFront, Sophis, and Linedata Services, among others. Bernstein's foundational education includes a BS in Economics from Purchase College, SUNY, complemented by a strong history in trading and sales from earlier roles at Melvin Securities and PaineWebber, Inc.
