Mukesh has held prominent roles in major organizations, leading large-scale IT transformations and operational efficiencies that enhance customer experience. Currently, they serve as the Head of Fund Management Process Optimisation & Digitisation for Aztec Group, while also contributing as a Non-Executive Director at Sutton Coldfield Grammar School Academy Trust. Mukesh's qualifications include Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Prince2 certifications, and they have mentored over 150 individuals in continuous improvement techniques.
