Rhia Olver

Rhia Olver is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HCM Lead at Aztec Group, a position held since August 2014, and has progressed through various HR roles within the company. Prior to this, Rhia undertook extensive travel for six months, including volunteer work with children in Kenya and caring for elephants in Thailand. Rhia's career began with an internship at Carey Olsen, where valuable experience in a functional HR department was gained. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Studies with Human Resource Management from Bournemouth University and a CIPD Level 5 certification from ICS Learn, complemented by foundational education at Jersey College for Girls and Compass HR Offshore.
