Richard Wallace

Richard Wallace currently serves as the Interim Chief Technology Officer at Aztec Group since August 2025, leading technology initiatives across Agentic AI delivery, Product Engineering, IT, and cybersecurity. Previously, Richard was self-employed as a Chief Technology Officer, specializing in artificial intelligence and board advisory roles. Richard has also held interim CTO positions at CFC, focusing on tech leadership in a high-growth InsureTech environment, and at ERGOMED, where the focus was on value creation through automation and data science. As the Chief Technology Officer at CALYX from February 2021 to December 2023, Richard accelerated the product roadmap and helped launch the Calyx SaaS Cloud offering. Richard has academic credentials including a CIO Academy degree from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a degree in Economics from Newcastle University.
