Steve Sutton

Steve Sutton is a Business Process Architect at Aztec Group, where they focus on advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the workplace. With a background in Business Process Management, they have designed, optimized, and automated processes to enhance organizational efficiency. Steve serves as a Head Coach at Springfit Gymnastics and a National Recreational Gymnastics Tutor at Coachbase Sports Training, training and assessing future gymnastics coaches. They have also held various managerial and leadership roles in past organizations, including OCS Group and bp, where they contributed to the promotion of DE&I initiatives. Steve holds a degree from the University of Central England, Birmingham.
