Stuart Fulton

Stuart Fulton currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Aztec Group, starting in February 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Regional Finance Director and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at VISTRA from October 2016 to April 2024. Prior to that, Stuart held several roles at Zuellig Pharma, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Director for the Solutions Business, and Senior Corporate Projects Manager from April 2012 to September 2016. Earlier career experience includes serving as Associate Director in Financial Advisory Services at Deloitte from August 2008 to July 2012, with a focus on private equity. Stuart holds an LLB from the University of Aberdeen and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
