Vicky Turvey

Vicky Turvey is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Reward & Performance and Head of Group Reward at Aztec Group since August 2020. Prior to this role, Vicky spent over 17 years at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included Head of Reward EMEA, International Reward Manager, and Compensation & Benefits Manager for the UK. Vicky's expertise encompasses the design and deployment of international reward programs and overseeing compensation and benefits offerings. Vicky holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, both from the University of Portsmouth.
