David Banks

David Banks is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer at Aztec since August 2022, leading the development of a SNARK VM for public execution on the ZK-ZK-Rollup. Prior experience includes roles as a Software and Hardware Engineer at Geon Technologies, LLC, where David managed diverse teams, contributed to FPGA and machine learning projects, and co-authored white papers. At Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, David developed solutions in an Agile environment, enhancing the OpenCPI multi-toolchain. Earlier work includes research at the University of Maryland and internships in robotics, technology management, and GUI design. David holds a Master's Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
