Melissa Yates

Melissa Yates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Aztec, Melissa has previously held the role of People Operations Manager and worked as a Human Resources Consultant for Anita Borzyszkowska, as well as operating in a self-employed capacity. Earlier in the career, Melissa gained valuable experience as an Assistant to the Fashion Director at Condé Nast and an Assistant to the Fashion Features Director at British GQ. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Leeds Beckett University, earned between 2004 and 2006.
