Mitchell Tracy

Mitchell Tracy is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Aztec since January 2024, Mitchell also holds dual roles as Co-Founder and CTO of TwnSqr, a marketplace aimed at enhancing the liquidity of investment real estate. In this capacity, Mitchell leads the product design and development process, incorporating customer feedback and various technologies. Prior experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on high-performance distributed database engines and their integration with major projects like Apache Hadoop and Amazon AWS. Earlier roles include serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland, where Mitchell contributed to algorithm education, and a Technical Intern at Northrop Grumman Corporation, developing software tools for the Boeing EA-18G Growler. Mitchell holds both a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
