Jim Panos

Jim Panos is an experienced executive leader with a proven track record in the education sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Aztec Software since May 2024, Jim leads efforts to create equitable access and sustainable impact for adult learners. Prior to this role, Jim held significant positions at EduCo International Group, including President for North America and Europe and Senior Vice President for the USA, where responsibilities encompassed revenue generation and business development. Jim’s career also includes advisory roles in corporate development at Baring Private Equity Asia, product development consultancy at Penn Foster Education, and senior leadership in career readiness at Ascend Learning. Jim’s educational background includes an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and advanced degrees in Education and History from the University of Saint Joseph and the University of Connecticut, respectively.
