Matthew Ebert has over 20 years of legal experience representing both publicly traded and privately held companies in various stages of development, from start-up ventures to multi-national commercial entities. He has served as general counsel for multiple life sciences companies, with broad experience in securities, governance, corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, litigation and human resources, among other areas. He earned J.D. from Boston College Law School; M.B.A. from Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management; A.B. from Georgetown University.
