Dmitry Petrochenko has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dmitry started as an Intern/Software Engineer at the Institute of Automation and Electrometry, where they worked on projects involving optical scanner device drivers and accelerated data processing libraries. Dmitry then moved on to work as a Software Developer at Avalon's Tree Inc. before joining the Center of Financial Technologies as a Software Engineer. At Intel Corporation, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer, focusing on Java VM performance and optimizations. Dmitry contributed to multiple projects, including Android ART VM enabling and optimization for x86, Android ART VM port to 64-bit, and server and client VM performance analysis and optimization. Currently, they are working at Azul as a Staff Software Engineer and Performance Team Lead. Dmitry'sresponsibilities include workload characterization, JIT compiler and VM runtime optimization, and benchmarking. Dmitry has achieved significant cost savings and performance improvements for Azul Prime infrastructure.
Dmitry Petrochenko completed their Engineer's Degree in Computer Science at Novosibirsk State University (NSU) from 1995 to 2002.
