Michael Labelle

Michael LaBelle is an experienced executive in revenue operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at Azul since December 2021. Prior to this role, LaBelle held several key positions including Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Sales Operations at Aruba, where responsibilities included directing sales systems and driving growth for the SD-WAN Subscription business unit. LaBelle’s extensive background includes leadership roles at Silver Peak, Brocade, Ruckus Networks, Riverbed Technology, Proofpoint, Webroot Software, Solyndra, and BEA Systems, with a strong focus on optimizing sales operations, enhancing sales effectiveness, and managing significant organizational integrations. LaBelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from San José State University.
