Subodh Kumar

Subodh Kumar is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in Internal Audit and Risk Management. Currently serving as the General Manager and Head of Internal Audit at Azure Power, Subodh leads audit functions for the renewable energy sector and emphasizes service excellence and value-driven insights. Previously, Subodh held leadership roles in prestigious organizations including the Adani Group, GMR, Hyundai, and Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited, where they specialized in risk-based audit planning and compliance. Subodh has been recognized as one of the "Great Indian Audit Innovators" for their contributions to the profession. Subodh completed a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a B.Com (Hons.) in Accountancy from Siddhu Kanhu University.
