Seann Kim currently serves as the Chief Corporate Development Officer at Azureon since February 2025. Prior to this, Seann held the position of VP, Head of Corporate Development at MCE - Motion & Control Enterprises, LLC from April 2023 to January 2025. Seann's experience in investment banking includes roles as Vice President and Associate in Global Industrials Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2018 to April 2023, as well as a Summer Associate position in the same department in 2017. Additionally, Seann served as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at Indiana University ROTC from August 2016 to July 2018 and commanded a Special Forces Detachment in the Army from 2011 to 2016. Earlier military experience includes roles such as Battalion Logistics Officer and various leadership positions within the US Army from 2006 to 2010. Seann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
