Janet Budd

Janet Budd has extensive experience in human resources, serving as a Human Resources Generalist since June 2007 at Powergrid Solutions Inc, now known as AZZ Switchgear Systems, and simultaneously at AZZ Incorporated and Avail Switchgear Systems. Responsibilities include assisting the Vice President of Human Resources, processing bi-weekly payroll, and conducting new hire orientation for both plant and office personnel. Prior to this, Janet worked as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group from 2005 to 2009, aiding clients in the purchasing process of residential and commercial properties. Additionally, Janet co-owned Midwest H20, a service contracting company in the water filtration industry, where responsibilities included human resource management, payroll, and accounting from September 1998 to May 2005. Janet holds a diploma in College Prep and Life from White Lake High School and attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
