Sid McKinney

Sid McKinney, CFE is currently the Director of Internal Audit at AZZ Incorporated since May 2016. Prior to this role, McKinney served as the Senior Director of Internal Audit at Quicksilver Resources Inc. from February 2007 to May 2016. McKinney also held the position of Internal Audit Supervisor at ConocoPhillips (formerly Burlington Resources) from 1997 to 2006. McKinney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from West Texas A&M University. McKinney's responsibilities have included financial, operational, and SOX 404 compliance testing to ensure effective controls and compliance for both US and International divisions.
