Tom E. Ferguson

Tom E. Ferguson is the current President & CEO at AZZ. Prior to this, they were the CEO at FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies from June 2013 to October 2013. From January 1998 to December 2012, Ferguson was the President of FSG and Corporate SVP at Flowserve. In this role, they oversaw $3.0 billion in annual sales and 11,000 employees located in 56 countries. Tom's previous positions include Director Marketing, Technology & Engineering - Seal Division at BW/IP International (a Flowserve heritage company) from January 1984 to December 1997 and National Technical Coordinator, District Manager at Baker Hughes from January 1980 to December 1981.

Tom E. Ferguson has a B.S. in Industrial Distribution & Technology from Texas A&M University, an Executive Management degree from the University of Southern California, and an International Operations degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
