He later served as a Group Account Director at Leo Burnett in Sydney, achieving multiple awards and recognitions. James then transitioned to Lapicida as the Sales and Marketing Director, where he aimed to elevate the brand to an international luxury interior market. Subsequently, he co-founded AgencyForty, a Digital and Design Agency, and Azzuu, a sports-related platform.
