B Bagel was founded by Alon Kubi and Yoav Baumgarten who grew up in homes where food culture was a matter of pride, where exploring new tastes and developing recipes was a daily ritual – a way of life. After years of successful careers in sales and marketing, they have decided to go back to their roots and surrender to their passion for authentic cuisine. Alon opened a family-oriented bakery in Northwest London in 2010. Its popularity quickly gave rise to another two bakeries in that area. Then the turn has come for other parts of the city to enjoy the same traditional family recipes. Under the banner of B, Alon has joined forces with Yoav bringing the traditional family recipes they have perfected at home – using only the finest ingredients to Londoners in Soho, Fulham and Tottenham Court Rd, offering them fresh bagels, bagel sandwiches, salads, breakfasts and great deli products. A taste of home, straight out of the oven. In addition, these amazingly fresh products prepared on that very day are available through their catering services. Welcome back to a better time!
