Andrew Dauster

Andrew Dauster is an experienced professional in the medical engineering field, currently serving as Associate Director of Lifecycle Management and Project Manager at B. Braun Medical Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this, Andrew was with Aesculap for 15 years, where roles included Manager of Research and Development, leading engineering teams in the development of new medical implants, and Sr. Design Engineer, coordinating product design and development efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toledo and a Co-Op at DePuy Orthopaedics, focusing on CAD support and change management. Andrew holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo.
