John Grimm

John Grimm has extensive experience in the medical device industry, holding various leadership roles at B.Braun Medical since March 1987. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Research and Development, John leads design teams focused on developing medical devices, active devices, and pharmaceutical products. Previous positions include Vice President of Medical Device R&D and Director of Product Engineering, where John directed the development of a wide range of medical devices and represented U.S. market perspectives on global R&D initiatives. Earlier in John’s career, experience as a Mold Design Engineer at Pixley-Richards West provided foundational skills in engineering. John holds a Master’s degree in Business Management & Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Arizona State University.
