After spending more than 15 years helping jobseekers find their dream careers and helping entrepreneurs start profitable companies, I hit a wall. My clients were “successful”. They were opening the businesses they were excited to start. They were getting hired for their dream jobs. However, over time many of them weren’t happy.

When we’d drill down to the reasons for their lack of happiness and fulfillment many of them found that they’d gotten something different than the dream they were chasing. Because they weren’t clear of what they really wanted (their “why”), they never really made a plan to achieve it. 

My mission became helping people find their “why”. Then they can finally chase a dream that will grant them fulfillment. B.E. Consulting is my company and I coach people on matching their life goals up with their true purpose so they can really become happy, fulfilled complete people.
