Our History: In 1984 three aspiring men shared a passion for engineering and united with the common goal to provide superior EPC services to the Petrochemical Industry. Since that time BHP Engineering and Construction, L.P., has become a global presence with offices throughout Texas, South America, West Africa, & Dubai.
