B.I.D is a well established diversified business structure established in 1980 by its Chairman Eng. Hassan ElBanna. 
For more than 40 years, we operated in several industries as Electro Mechanical Works, Hospitality & Real Estate.

Building on a history of leadership expertise in the ElectroMechanical Contracting industry and contributed in a wide list of remarkable projects for almost 40 years, B.I.D operated on a local and an international level through its 2 Ex well-known contracting firms; 'ELBANNA Contracting' in Egypt from 1980 till 2008 & 'NILE ElectroMechanical Works' in U.A.E from 1993 till 2020.
 
We existed in the Hospitality industry since early 90s till now by founding and managing several projects; CAVIAR 5 stars restaurant since 1994 overlooking The Great Pyramids of Giza, MAZAR Resort & Spa since 2000 in Sharks Bay - Sharm El Sheikh & our latest project CREEK Hotel & Residences ElGouna.

B.I.D decided to Meet the fast growing market of Real Estate in Egypt, and satisfying the clients’ endless need for high quality housing, so we combined the two main pillars 'Contracting & Hospitality'  together to strategically introduce ourselves into the Real Estate world through our first landmark mixed-use project 'CREEK' in one of Egypt’s hottest spots, 
El Gouna Red Sea. We strongly believe in the concept of “Tailored Living” in which a residential experience must be personalized to the deepest most insightful detail in the daily life along with providing the finest qualities of finishing and securing convenience for our clients within a residential project.
