Desan Pillay

Desan Pillay is an entrepreneurial leader with over 21 years of experience in digital platforms, design thinking, and data monetization. They have held various leadership roles, including Chief Digital CX and Data Analytics Officer at The Space Between Us, and are currently the Founder and Managing Director of Power Patch Partners and Advisory. Desan also serves as an Academic Lead at Johannesburg Business School, focusing on Big Data in Strategy 4IR, and is a Board Member at B Lab, Africa. In previous positions, they have contributed to organizations such as EY, Absa Group, and Standard Bank South Africa. Educated at Northwestern University, Desan specialized in Data Driven Consulting and Machine Learning.
