Laura Olivas

Laura Olivas is the People Relations Director at UFW Foundation, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Laura served as the BIPOC Network Leader at B Lab U.S. & Canada from January 2022 to December 2023 and as an Independent Consultant at Laura Olivas Consulting from April 2019 to May 2023, where Laura provided operational and financial oversight and designed program curricula for social impact. Laura's extensive experience includes roles at Mission Driven Finance as a Senior Manager and Manager of Talent & Organizational Operations, Associate Director of Operations at Hispanas Organized for Political Equality, and Program Manager at Mission Economic Development Agency, among others. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed several leadership programs, including the Leadership for Equity & Opportunity and the HIP Líderes Fellowship.
