Michaela Fleming

Michaela Fleming currently serves as a Senior UX Designer for B Lab, specializing in the B Impact Assessment product by conducting user-centered design, research, and usability testing. Prior experience includes leading user experience initiatives for B Impact Analytics and improving digital experiences at Cairnspring Mills. Michaela's background also encompasses roles at Sunrun, where various design engineering positions involved enhancing usability in internal systems and coordinating design standards. Early career experience as a manufacturing engineering intern at Ducommun AeroStructures contributed to a strong foundation in process planning. Michaela holds a Master’s degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine.
