Roxana Hopf

Roxana Hopf is an experienced communications professional currently serving as an Internal Communications Specialist at B Lab since August 2025. Prior to this role, Roxana held various positions at CLIQ Digital from February 2021 to July 2025, including Senior Communications Manager, where responsibilities encompassed corporate and brand communications, finance communications, media relations, social media and content management, as well as event management. Roxana's career began at HUGO BOSS, where roles included Communications Manager and Junior Communications Manager, alongside a Global Advertising & Fashion Shows internship. Previous experience also includes a Working Student position at Louis Vuitton and a Marketing Intern role at Gruner + Jahr GmbH. Roxana holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Mediamanagement from Macromedia University of Applied Sciences. Educational background includes a Semester Abroad at National University and A Levels from Stefan-George-Gymnasium.
