B Lab
Sarah Ford is an experienced professional with a strong background in event production and community management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Recertification at B Lab U.S. & Canada since May 2013, Sarah has produced multiple B Corp Champions Retreats and managed a digital community for employees of Certified B Corporations. Previous roles include Events Manager and Senior Engagement Associate, where responsibilities included event budgeting, vendor coordination, and online community management. Prior to their tenure at B Lab, Sarah worked as a Teacher-Naturalist at Delaware Nature Society Inc, leading nature explorations for school groups and scouting troops. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Design from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Public Policy from Franklin & Marshall College.
