Shoshannah Seefieldt

Shoshannah Seefieldt has extensive experience in business sustainability, currently serving as a Process Management, Recertification & Site Review Processes member of the Certification & Verification Team at B Lab since September 2015. In this role, Shoshannah works closely with companies and funds to help them achieve Certified B Corporation or GIIRS Rated status by reviewing their Impact Assessments, guiding them through legal requirements, and facilitating on-site reviews. Prior to B Lab, Shoshannah held various roles at Ontario Natural Food Coop, including Senior Business Sustainability Analyst, where responsibilities included project management and member engagement. Shoshannah also co-owned a small business, managing sustainable product sourcing and operational tasks. With an academic background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Western University and an International MA in Peace, Conflict & Development Studies from Universitat Jaume I, Shoshannah combines practical experience with a solid educational foundation focused on social sustainability and community engagement.
