Simon Carroll

Simon Carroll is a Partner at B P Collins LLP, leading the commercial litigation team within the dispute resolution group. Simon is also a partner in the firm's cross-practice environmental team. With a background in various legal roles, including in-house counsel at Imperial Brands PLC and as a Trainee Solicitor at Thomas Eggar, Simon brings a wealth of experience to their current position.
