We are a Cambridge-based property development company founded by an accomplished team of planning and development professionals.

In previous roles our Development & Planning Directors have delivered projects on behalf of Battersea Power Station Development Company, Miller Developments and Countryside Properties in the UK, and the Dubai World Trade Centre, Majid Al Futtaim, Aldar and Miral overseas.

We bring this experience to our homes in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire and the surrounding counties.

All of our developments are individually designed, quality homes with well-thought through layouts, carefully considered materials and strong sense of character.

Our ethos:

1) Properties with personality
By this we mean:

- Homes with a strong sense of identity and character.

- Outstanding and original developments that make a positive and lasting contribution to local area.

- Developments that create ‘pride of place’ for both residents and the wider community.

2) Properties which are thoughtful & considered:

Our development process is driven by the need for people living in our homes to have fantastic, liveable interiors designed to enable an active, modern lifestyle.

These include well considered layouts that make the best use of light and the surrounding landscape, to achieve bright and appealing spaces that encourage healthy living.

3) Properties built sustainably

We only use materials that reflect our commitment to quality. Our exacting standards and sustainable credentials mean we develop buildings that will stand the test of time.

We are passionate about building homes of enduring value, built to last.
