Mohamed Abed

Mohamed Abed has extensive experience in network and security operations, currently serving as Noc Section Head at B.TECH since January 2009, following roles such as Network and Security Operations Supervisor and Senior Network and Security Specialist. Responsibilities include day-to-day administration of the company's network infrastructure and troubleshooting network performance issues. Previously, Mohamed worked as a Network Administrator, supporting the software network for a 1200-employee company, and as IT Operations Assistant Manager at Jupiter2000, focusing on computing and telecommunication network operations. Mohamed began a career in technical support at City.Trade, providing helpdesk and hardware support. Mohamed holds an Acceptance degree in Accounting from Helwan University Cairo, completed between 2002 and 2005.
