Mohamed Elfeky

Mohamed ElFeky has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the People and Culture Director and Head Of Talent Management at B.TECH since November 2010. In this role, Mohamed collaborates with senior leaders and the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement talent strategies, while also presenting updates to the Board. As the B.TECH ACADEMY Manager, responsibility includes overseeing talent management practices, performance management, and building corporate academies, with a focus on automation and digitization through SAP and other platforms. Earlier positions at B.TECH included Training Development Manager and Training & Development Supervisor, and prior experience includes serving as a Senior Training Specialist at Mobile Shop. Mohamed holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Business from Paris ESLSCA Business School, completed between 2018 and 2020.
