Shady Kamal has extensive experience in human resources and performance management, currently serving as the Head of People Practices at B.TECH since May 2013. Key achievements include the creation and implementation of the B.TECH Performance Manual, the introduction of performance evaluation systems such as Snap-Ratio and Performance Calibration, and the development of a Grading Description Matrix. In addition, Shady has led the Learning and Development section, overseeing the accreditation renewal for B. TECH ACADEMY, and has received multiple awards from the Brandon Hall Group for advancements in learning technology. Prior roles include HR Manager and Learning and Development Supervisor at B.TECH, as well as administrative roles at other organizations. Shady holds an HRM certification from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management.
