Jan Hellinx

Jan Hellinx is currently the Group General Counsel at B2 Impact, a prominent pan-European debt-manager. With a background in legal counsel and banking & finance, Jan's core focus includes NPL portfolio acquisitions, securitisation structures, securities law, and corporate finance. Jan has also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board in Creditreform Latvija and as a Board Member in Nordic Debt Collection A/S and Interkreditt Kapital AS. With a strong educational background in law, including a Master of Laws from the University of Leeds, Jan brings a wealth of expertise to the legal and finance sectors.
