Previously, they served as a People and Culture Manager at Wint, contributing to the company’s growth by overseeing employee engagement and leadership development. Mathilda began their career as a Field Sales Representative at Mondelēz International and later worked at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, honing their skills in sales and customer relationship management. They hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Organization from Handelshögskolan vid Göteborgs universitet and are currently pursuing studies in Personal Law.
