B2 is in the business of building better techno-economic key performance indicators that help qualify and shift the sustainability discussion. We build simple models that tie together complex concepts around the core principle that making more economic capital out of less natural capital makes everyone better off. We workshop, we serve, we help, and our goal is to make our clients more profitable while also more sustainable.

These KPI’s we build are deeply local and even on a site, technology-specific, but they are impactful; one small change to a copper concentrator can offset 5m human carbon footprint years per year. The question is not if this works, the question is who our customer is and how we help implement change inside a company. Get the KPI’s right on hidden balance sheet items and the underlying economics snap into focus.

Our Approach:
The Mining Industry operates with six balance sheets—not just the financial one. Actual value is created when revenue and profit are maximized per unit of natural capital depleted. That is the lens through which meaningful change can be made, judged, and justified.

B2 Natural Capital Inc. is not in the business of providing junior consultants. Instead, we deliver bespoke subject-matter expertise in mining optimization, focusing on natural capital and ESG integration into mine planning and operations optimization.

What We Offer:
High-impact re-envisioning of multi-asset portfolios to align operational, financial, environmental, and social performance.

Flat-rate multi-asset pricing aligned with material results—our goal is to work for flat fees with upfront pricing and no change orders. We are happy to add a second contract for scope expansion on the same basis.

Strategic focus on large-scale, long-term projects where natural capital optimization is material to sustainable industry profitability.

Workshop model where we teach and interact as we seek buy-in for change from your team. Ideally, we do a few projects a
