Andrzej Nowicki

Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at CRplus, where they built the company's brand, conducted sales activities, and led business negotiations.

Andrzej also co-founded and served as a Board Member at autostore.pl, a company involved in automotive services. Andrzej worked as a Talent Acquisition & Contracting Advisor to the Board at CCTS, where they advised on recruitment strategies and audited existing procedures.
