John Tran

John Tran has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Quality Assurance Team Lead at B2BE. In this role, they were responsible for setting up and implementing efficient QA processes, designing automated test frameworks, and ensuring reliable and accurate QA results. John successfully managed the testing process to release applications on time and achieve high customer satisfaction.

Prior to B2BE, John worked as a Senior QA at QUALITUS Vietnam, where they contributed to the development of a SMART CITY CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE called Streetlight Vision. John communicated with clients to receive assignments and fulfill responsibilities.

Before that, John served as a Senior QA at Terralogic Inc., working on XIFIN RPM, a Revenue Performance Management portal for laboratories and radiology providers. John optimized billing operations and financial performance for laboratories through this solution.

John also has experience as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Global CyberSoft JSC, where they worked on projects related to DirecTV Satellite TV. John tested software and ensured smooth transmission of television and audio services.

Additionally, John worked as a Testing Engineer at LogiGear Corporation, contributing to the development of web-based software for medical students. John analyzed and designed test cases, executed test cases, reported on Jira, and performed regression tests.

Finally, John started their career as a Software Developer at Bar-code solution Quang Vinh Ltd, where they developed web and Windows applications for a Point of Sale (PoS) system with barcode solutions and an SMS system. The system was successfully deployed in bookstore chains in HCMC and other provinces in Vietnam.

John TRAN completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from VNUHCM - University of Science from 2004 to 2007. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a TOICE (Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor) degree from TOICE TEST from 2009 to 2012.
