Adam Farthing has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Adam currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer - Japan at B2C2 since May 2021. Prior to this, Adam was the Business Owner of Re-Juvenate Pilates, a Pilates studio in Omotesando, starting from January 2020.

From 2019 to 2020, Adam served as the VP - Head of Asia at AiX. Adam was responsible for overseeing operations in Asia during this period. Before that, they worked at Gunvor Group Ltd from 2014 to 2018, managing the iron ore book and implementing algo trading and data management systems.

Adam Farthing completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Durham University, attending from 1991 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance from London Business School, studying from 2000 to 2001.
